Man wish I woulda read reviews prior to even just calling and I was just inquiring..the person who answered cut me off while I was speaking t tell me WE CANT HELP YOU ZORES IS CLOSER TO YOU..umm ma’am how would you know what’s close to me if I haven’t given you an address..so I called back and asked that question..the response was again me cut off to say we don’t go outside Hendricks County..rude little woman cuz I ain’t gonna call her what I thought but someone should let her know her customer service skills are trash and if that’s the case that’s fine too but she coulda handled it way better especially since someone referred me cuz of the service and price..obviously they were talking about the driver and not the office personnel

The receptionist is rude, and unprofessional in person and on the phone. No issues with the driver.

They were great. Such kind caring people. I've had my car towed ( by other companies) before and all my stuff is missing. I could tell they touched ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I had a necklace with my grandma's ashes and it was all I was wanting. I'm so grateful they are honest people. Highly recommend using them! Thank you guys again so much!!

We had a car towed after a nasty and traumatic accident. The woman at the front desk was incredibly kind (sorry I didn’t catch her name) and so was Walt who took us to get our items from the car. After such an awful experience it was such a relief to have supportive people help us process the vehicle.

Seems like it is under new management. They are very rude. 4 hour wait. Don't go here, not acceptable.
