As a new person to RVing I could have not found a better company to start with. Very friendly and knowledgeable in the RV industry but with a level of commitment that can not be matched. The level of care and preparedness they gave me making sure my trailer was in the best shape before I took possession was the most comfortable exchange I have experienced. They may deal with used units but they treat them as new. I will only do business with them in the future!!

Professional! Recently purchased first R V from this dealer. Once they knew what we wanted we were shown a very nice coach with ammenities desired plus a few more. Sales and service/prep staff high level professionals at their business. All questions answered and verified and tutorial hands on thorough. Knowledgeable and customer oriented. If i ever wear this one out or just decide to upgrade this dealership will be my first point of inquiry to buy a new R V

What a GREAT buying experience! Robin was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. When we made an offer on a Class A we really liked, she called the manager, he countered with a reasonable amount and that was it! We returned a few days later to pick up our motor home and met Mike the manager. Again — personable yet professional. We got the sense that this place didn’t employ sales people as much as it employed facilitators. We never felt pressured or steered one way or the other, and Robin and Mike patiently answered every one of our questions. I bought a 2005 Tioga RV 3 years ago from Portland RV; Mike and his staff were always helpful when something came up, like winterizing tips; they took the time to evaluate & explain a motor issue that they were able to fix professionally. I felt they were very fair, and especially when I determined that the RV was too manual for my impairment/physical condition, and had to sell it. Mike and his staff went over it in detail for a consignment, that could allow it to be sold without additional bank payments from me; they covered the sales/marketing upfront costs, like cosmetic & awning.
