Posner Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT Service

I have had Mopars all of my life, and I’ve been to dealerships all over the mid East Coast for Service. But I can tell you that the Posner Dodge Service team, in Davenport, is the best one I’ve been to. And my Service Advisor, Stephanie Gomez, is hands down, the best That I have dealt with. She’s always keeping me on track, and up-to-date on when my services are due, And she’s always looking out for me to find me the best deals and specials. She is top-notch. A++++

“Ask for Mandi — she’s the Beyoncé of Service Advisors.” I pulled into the Posner Park dealership fully expecting the usual: long waits, confusing car jargon, and me pretending I understand what a “cabin air filter” actually does. But then… Mandi Feliciano appeared. This woman deserves her own theme music. Not only did she greet me like I was a VIP who actually changes their oil on time (I do not), but she explained everything in a way even I could understand. She somehow managed to diagnose my car, calm my anxiety, and roast me just enough to keep me humble — all before I finished my complimentary coffee. At one point I’m pretty sure she saved my car, my wallet, and possibly my dignity. If you go to Posner Park and don’t ask for Mandi, that’s a personal choice… but it’s the wrong one

James at Posner Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is an excellent service advisor. He was friendly, professional, and kept me updated the whole time my vehicle was being worked on. He explained everything clearly and made the process easy and stress-free.

My service advisor was Stephanie and she was AMAZING! She took care of all my issues and communicated so well. I’ve been to other dealerships, and they have been so frustrating to deal with, but this was such a great experience. I also got to meet the technician who worked on my car and he explained a couple things to me which was reassuring and something above and beyond that I’ve never had at other dealerships! I am so happy to have found a new dealership home for service for my car!

I would consider driving from Ft Myers if I need service. Luis was great! I was on the road and needed service. Since the service department was adequately staffed..I only stayed 2 hours. You will get a text with their findings and suggestions. You can tap to approve more or or not but at least you know what you need next. Also, a download able pdf of the inspection. I has some routine 50k maintenance so much done and did not have to leave my vehicle. In a waiting room of 10..they cleared them out pretty fast. Labor is also less than the north so I saved on labor. Will be back!
