The worst customer experience you're ever going to have especially after you buy here if you have parts needed, due to policies they have put in place to prevent you from being able to purchase Parts when you're on the road and out of service. Parts Mgr told me he is here to enforce policies, that protects them from getting burned by customers. I recommend we find another dealership. You can buy any brand truck from anywhere but if you can't get parts without struggles you will have a tough time in trucking

Always Atleast 20 minutes on hold on the phone to get parts availability and that’s if they can find the part

Not good at all, one person Tere when I walk in tbe front door. they may have parts but no customer attention at all, I was there for about 15 minutes before anybody ask if I need it any help by this time I was walking out tbe door, which it mean that they new i was there and they did becouse when i was there I said hello. I then went to Hagerstown dealer was a different story there. this happen the same day i did this revew i drove all the way to german town to get my parts abot a month ago went back for parts and info a guy tbere try to sell me a 700 dollars part. i left to baltimore and i got all i need it for litle les than 100 dollars and a tech come out to explaim my problem.

Great parts team! I was looking for some brake air valves and Carlos went above and beyond to make sure that we got exactly what we needed, really saved me (also at a better price than a different place that didn't have them in stock) . I deal with them fairly regularly if they don't already have what you need in stock, they usually get it there quickly.
