When I entered the store, there were three people already being served and one person waiting in line. I stood behind that person and waited my turn. The person in front of me was then called to the counter, which made me next in line. At that point, two white males entered the store and went straight up to the counter. I waited for the sales agent to correct the situation and let them know that I had been waiting and was next in line, but she did not. Instead, she proceeded to help them. I spoke up and told her that I had been waiting to be served. Her response was that I was “talking on the phone.” The saleswoman involved was named Carol. This was disappointing, as I was clearly waiting in line and expected to be acknowledged fairly. The situation made me feel overlooked and disrespec

Very knowledgeable very quick service. They treat you like family and know you need your equipment back in service asap to make money. Always everything i have been there have been polite and addressed my concerns professionally. I usually deal with Sara for my service writer. A+ I've read the good and the poor reviews her, but truely have never experienced any of the poor review issues. I would like to use my American express at check out for the ability to accrue points. Thanks again another ace repair on my Mack cxu613. Diagnosed correctly and fixed the first time. Back on the road. See you guys next time.

pick up part ordered day before on time pretty good people to deal with no problems at all

Never again. I used this place since it’s close to the house. But not ever again. The mirrors wouldn’t adjust, they replaced the switch and said it’s fixed. Yeah, it wasn’t. Was the wiring harness in the passenger door. They said they did an overhead but two months later I’ve got a badly leaking valve. Asked to replace the hoses; they replaced one. Of course, one of the others started leaking a week later. I was in an accident that damaged the hood, bumper and the piece that goes up the side of the windshield. That piece was never replaced. Nope, I go to other Volvo shops now and the work actually gets done right.
