Power Engines

Straight forward easy process just come pick up the motor you desire can’t ask for much more.

I had ordered a BMW motor from Power engines, in which was recieved with a damaged valve cover. Emailed and was quickly responded too with an offer of a replacement valve cover with overnight shipping. Was able to come to a resolution through a few emails. Customer service was great- Shipping only took a week and came on time. Only other issue was the Shop app (recommended tracking) did not give accurate updates. Was able to see my tracking information through the carriers website. 10/10 Customer service.

Had the motor installed at a certified Honda dealership. During installation the dealership called and said there was a key way that wasn’t installed and they suspected the motor was never test run prior to being shipped. I said to proceed with the install since they were already more than halfway done. The dealership called back and said when they started the motor it immediately started spewing oil into the #3 cylinder and it was not usable. They said based on what they found the motor was never test run after being refurbished. I then had to pay to have the motor taken out and have a new motor sourced by the dealership. I recently ordered an engine for my Honda Accord from this retailer and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
