Chris was terrific. Fast service diagnosing the problem with my Stihl 86-C leaf blower and he fixed it on the spot at no charge. Powerhouse is the best Stihl dealer with lots of inventory, great prices, and love the service.

Family went in and ordered parts. Saturday kid Chris said he didn’t know anything about it and she should’ve ordered parts through him instead of the original dummy she talked to. We got 3 mowers and 40 acres and I wouldn’t use these boys for nothing ever again. First time and last time!

If you are a professional in lawn care or tree care don’t use them. I have had nothing but bad experiences over the years and I finally refuse to use them anymore. The old man mechanic is so lazy didn’t want to cut me some chains for my saw(a service they provide) so I explained I will wait and he just puts the wrong size in my box cuts nothing and I’m on the way to go do tree work out of town in a natural disaster with no stores open. I’ve had them work on sever of my saws and it’s always some excuse why it takes longer than what the said. So this last straw, I dropped a 201 top handle saw off and it was understood that the part would be here in four days fixed in five. I called five days later. Still not here. I went in there with a picture of my oil filter with the part number clearly showed it to them, they told me the number had changed. Instead of looking up a cross reference he handed me a filter saying this is the one that takes the place of the one I showed him, of course it’s not even close when I get home! So I’ll be back tomorrow to get the correct one I hope, same thing happened there last year, won’t make that mistake next year. Maybe they should practice researching before they just grab anything they see close to where they are sitting. Labor Savers

I was looking for a very specific gun and found it here at a good price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Some places treat women like we're stupid when we go to a place like this. That was not the case here. Could not have asked for a better shopping experience. I was also impressed with the selection and prices. Will definitely shop here again.
