Power Motor Auto Repair

Brought in for an air conditioning issue. They left the air filter compartment open inside the truck and removed spark plug. Now the truck is having an electronic transmission issue and my authorized dealer said that there were parts missing from the previous maintenance. I have asked for an itemized receipt of the work performed & paid for and haven’t been given one. Be careful.

Overall: Quick service, friendly staff, knowledgeable mechanic, and fair prices. I called the shop and came in on a Saturday afternoon for an engine misfire and they took care of my car right away. The mechanic kept me updated, staff were very nice and understanding, and they were able to get my car fixed the same day. On top of that, I was charged a lot less than I expected. My car hasn't had an issue since.

I'm a fleet manager with 45 vehicles in the company fleet, I have taken my personal vehicles to Alex with no disappointment. This is a great place to take your vehicles to get serviced. Always a smiling face and warm greetings. Alex is a good Christian man with a lot of love for his customers. Alex and Gleydi always make you feel like you're most important.

Was visiting from out of town and my car decided to throw a code and bog down while going. Was in, diagnosed, and work started in less than an 2 hours on a kinda busy Saturday. Had my car back in under 3, and Alex even had me drive it for a bit cos something still felt weird to him. Will definitely be recommending to my friends up this way!
