From start to finish my purchase went extremely smoothly. First off, I only came back to this dealership because of the BMW demo that was hosted last year and everyone (and I do mean everyone) in the building treated me kindly with respect. I am much closer to tampa and wouldve gone there if not for the overwhelming kindness I was shown. Fast forward to my most recent purchase. The 2026 BMW S1000RR M Comp. From start to finish both Rob the sales manager and Dawn in finance took care of me and answered all of my questions quickly and accurately. I showed up and I was in and out in probably 30-45minutes. The service manager and several of the crew (sorry im not great with names, the guy that reviewed the bike with me outside and took a picture) went out of their way to make sure everything
