We went in to the dealer with no intentions to purchase at the moment just to shop around and we ended up purchasing the car the same day. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Federico and we sat with Frank. Frank showed us the SUV we were interested in and we test drive the car. He answered all our questions with no hesitation. We came back in with him and discussed the pricing and other details. We ended purchasing the car the same day. We did a trade in for our old car which they gave us fair price considering it was very old. Frank was able to assist us in all the transfers regarding title and insurance. We would highly recommend power motors if interested in purchasing a vehicle. They have a good selection and nice cars. Everyone else that worked there were also pleasant.

The communication from the beginning of my interaction with this business was questionable, however, I did connect with someone who was able to make an appointment for me to look at a truck that was in stock. I drove 50+ minutes only to arrive and be told immediately that the truck I was interested in had been sold. They then tried to "appease" me by offering to show me an older model with triple the milage. A phone call to say that the truck I was interested in had been sold would have been the courteous, professional way to handle the situation. If you are looking for a positive experience, this may not be the place for you.

Ivan P was amazing he went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, patient and caring. Not only did he help with getting the car he gave advice on everyday events and how to develop urself in life. Overall the dealership was clean they offered beverages and food. The entire staff was friendly
