If I could give 6 stars, I would. Starting with visiting Kelley in late August, who answered all of my questions about a Genesis model I was looking at, was fantastic to work with. She was prompt, professional and honest to a fault. She encouraged me to come back during the RV show that was being hosted in Salem in October, and never once pressured a decision from me after dutifully listening to my apprehensions and timeline. October 11th: I became the proud owner of a 2026 Genesis G3215 toy hauler, and ownership happened awfully quickly due to Juan in finance getting me a bank approval with an amazing interest rate. I reached out to Power RV, because they were somewhat local, they appeared to be a smaller dealership, and being a small business owner myself, I always try to support smaller, local businesses. I went to Power RV about July 5th, 2025. I met with Kelley and was able to test drive the 2025 Coachmen Crosstrail 20XG motor home. I had been researching these for quite a while, and the drive did not disappoint. Over the next couple weeks, I negotiated a fair price through Kelley, who was running negotiations through David, the owner. After agreeing on price, Juan, the finance manager, reached out to collect a $3,000 deposit. My husband and I just purchased a 2025 Sandpiper 3990fl from Power RV. Our sales person RV Marie was amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all professional. She listened to our wants and needs and showed us exactly what we were looking for. Mind you this was mid afternoon on a Sunday and within an hour we walked away proud owners of our new RV. We searched for almost 2 years looking for the right one. I would recommend Power RV and Rv Marie to anyone looking to purchase. Brian at the service department was also very helpful once our RV was delivered he was kind and helpful with all my concerns and questions. This is our second time purchasing a trailer with Kelley, and both experiences have been fantastic! She really takes the time to understand our needs and genuinely cares about helping us find the perfect fit. Her dedication is the reason we keep coming back. This time, we purchased from Power RV at the RV show at the fairgrounds, and the process was just as smooth and enjoyable as before! I bought a 2024 Vibe from Power RV. Kayla was the person who helped me! I would definitely recommend anyone to Kayla! She is professional, kind, and responsive! Her professionalism and Custer service was the best! I was there maybe 45 minutes for the entire process! Easy and friendly for sure. Thank you Kayla for everything!
