Excellent service from start to finish. POWER STATE TOWING helped me twice in the same day, and both times the service was outstanding. The drivers were professional, patient, and very careful with my vehicle. They arrived as promised, communicated clearly, and made a very stressful situation much easier to handle. They handled everything smoothly, from loading the car to delivering it safely to the shop, and I really appreciated how respectful and understanding they were. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about helping people, not just doing a quick tow. I would highly recommend Power State Towing!!!! When I called for help I was frazzled and having a really bad day. I was stranded in the middle of the street and needed someone to come quickly. The person that answered happened to be the owner and he was very calm and understanding. He got my location and said 15 min. I was a little skeptical about the time frame from previous experience with other companies. I was very surprised that he did indeed arrive in 15 min. When he got there he put me immediately at ease and got straight to work. He was very quick, efficient and safe. We were loaded and ready to go in 10 min. He also helped me get my car up my very steep driveway. And I dont know about anyone else but my finances are stretched to the max and this company was affordable even for me

Amazing & Quick Service. Our car was left at a gas station in San Jose. Other Tow companies were taking long ( maybe because our drop off location was far , We are in San Pablo. ) Luckily PST was quick to answer and pick our car up! We appreciate you guys so so much.
