After dealing with a shop that was not skilled, I found POWERSTROKE magic. These guys are efficient, knowledgeable, informative and probably the best service center I’ve dealt with in 20yrs. They have a recipe for success and if you have a POWERSTROKE, don’t even think about using another shop. Run do not walk to this facility. 3 weeks of headaches turned into 1 day of incredible craftsmanship. Thank you for making this experience so pleasant after my last horrible interaction.

I was a diesel tech for CAT in a past life and it’s hard to find good techs these days. I know there’s some good shops around but when it comes to Powerstroke trucks, there’s no one out there like Power Stroke Magic. Mike and the guys there got my 2018 F350 in and out in the same day when I needed it. The cost of the repairs were far better than any dealer and the quality of work I can count on for another 200k of heavy towing. They know these trucks inside and out and you can trust their judgment. Cannot recommend this shop enough. I’ll be back for future work.

I'd give PSM 6 stars if google would let me. They are a first class shop lead by a first class owner. I've known Garrett since he was a teenager, and his best qualities haven't changed. I met him through our mutual passion of working on vehicles, and we are both still doing what we love to this day. When the leader is dedicated, intelligent, honest, and straight forward...his team becomes the same way. This is a very respectable business and I highly recommend them!
