It was a great experience with PPL. Always hesitant to buy something used but trailer was in exceptional condition. PPL was friendly, answered every question, and the buying experience was smooth. We took the camper out the day after purchase for a long weekend and it performed like new. So happy.

From the trade in process to the buying and finance was very easy and stress free - we never felt pressured and all of our questions were answered honestly and quickly. They gave a great selection of trailers and very fair pricing! PPL also saved us $250/ year with their RV insurance over Progressive. Highly recommend !!

We have purchased two travel trailers and we are currently selling one with PPL over the last six years. The New Braunfels location is our favorite! Knowledgable and friendly staff. Great selection of travel trailers and fantastic prices. We looked at a few used models on several dealer lots. The prices were far above PPL. Glad we stuck to our gut and checked out PPL before we signed a contract at the dealership.
