Arlen lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. I got hit and run which left my rear bumper hanging off for its dear life. Went to P&R and asked Arlen to see what he can do. Not only did he provide me options, he fixed what he could on the spot and ordered parts immediately. Took less than a day to fix my rear bumper and front bumper for a really good price.
