Dusten is a great mechanic. He explained my transmission problem very well and didn't try to up sell me something. Offered his expert opinion and I believe him. Will be back for all my auto repair needs.

Prathers was great to work with….. at first. We first took our car to them where they replaced the high pressure fuel pump. Second time taking same car to them was to have the catalytic converter replaced. Converter was replaced and something had to be added to high pressure fuel pump that they forgot to put on the first time, ok. Two weeks later the catalytic converter had to again be replaced because we were told “the first one may have been bad”. One month after converter was replaced the car is dying with reduced engine power. We took the car to dealership where it was purchased. They then took our car to an engine repair place. We quickly got a call saying the wrong catalytic converter was put on our vehicle, what! We were also told there is a crack in the manifold. We call Prathers w

They figured out and fixed an issue with my truck within a couple of hours. They were so helpful and friendly. Provided valuable education to avoid future issues. I will definitely be going back with any further problems I may have with my vehicles. Thank you both so much for everything!

These guys were top notch. They came right away and had the new battery in the car within hours. They even delivered the car back to us. It was reasonably priced and they were very friendly. When the lady brought it back she said she didn’t want my elderly mother in law out in the heat. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend.
