Sales was how all sales are seemed pushy and but I had a budget and a mindset of what exactly I wanted and could afford. I knew what I wanted, I have steer the sales person back to a direction of the new vehicle that I wanted because I was shown a vehicle that had 30k and used as a loaner vehicle not because it had the features I wanted but because it had AWD and the sales person made me have the perception that this used vehicle would hit more of the sales persons sales markers if they sold it to me. As the buyer I had to be firm on what I wanted which made the sale more of a direct experience I came in with the knowledge of the vehicle I wanted once that was out the way we closed the sale on what I as the consumer wanted. Finance was fantastic best experience ive ever had at a dealership

I have continued problems with getting my air suspension fixed. I totally understand parts take time to come in and it can take some time to get approvals through insurances but the lack of communication is the fault of Pratts. I've had many appointments canceled and prolonged, told I would hear back from someone with information and nothing but silence. Communication is key in any relationship and the lack of it is so frustrating.

My experience with Pratts has always been excellent. They are very professional knowledgeable and take care of Their customers. I would highly recommend working with Pratts.

We were traveling through the area and had been dealing with a slow leak in a tire for over a week. We were only in town for one night at a motel. I went to one repair place and was told the tire could not be repaired and they did not have what I needed in stock. They recommended another place but they did not have the tire in stock either. They recommended Pratt. I placed a call and was told a tire was in stock, to come right over and they would work me in. The tire was replaced and I was back at the motel in plenty of time before checkout. Service was very friendly and understanding.

The best bunch of people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. My self and a friend and I took my mother's car there for warranty repair, after going to the wrong building first where we encountered great people that couldn't be more friendly we were sent to the correct place where we found the most friendly staff who are proud of their business and proud of their jobs.We were treated great.Other businesses should take note if you're looking for a car.This is the place to go for the friendliest people, you will be used the best you ever could be I will recommend it to anybody !
