Pratt's Towing

Hello. We had a service call on 11/11/25, unfortunately the driver had a breakdown due to the hydraulics, my husband forgot to give him our information (he knows of a connection to someone with a puppy or kind of puppy we wanted) but also loved his personality and wanted to be able to give our contact information. How could we go about this? He'd also like to to let them know how happy he was with his customer service and relatable personality and connection.

Pratt’s towing had a driver call in a very short time with an estimated pickup time. Woody arrived early, did an excellent job loading our truck on the flat bed and couldn’t have been more professional and courteous! We arrived at our mechanic’s shop just in time for him to fix our truck at the end of the day and still be able to take our trip the following morning! We’ve been using Pratts for years and will continue to be able to rely on them to offer great service! 5 Stars all the way around

Carter, the driver, was extremely helpful and punctual. I was grateful that I only had to wait about 30 minutes after making the initial call. Excellent service- Merry Christmas!
