Prior to receiving the insurance payment, the service provider consistently followed up with me. However, after receiving the payment, they became unresponsive and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them when I sought updates. I had to visit their premises in person. Although my vehicle was nearly completed, except for a trunk component that had not arrived, they informed me that I could collect my car and they would notify me when the part arrived. They estimated a two-week wait, but it has now been three months, and despite my repeated attempts to contact them, I have received no callbacks or updates. Rey and his Son carefully evaluated the problem with my car and did a thorough inspection and analysis. They were able to find where the problem was after three other places couldn't. They performed the service with expertise and solved my problem at a very fair price. I was very impressed.

After getting a few estimates, I found this gem of an auto collision shop. I had a deep dent and scratches on the back right side of my Honda HRV. I am very pleased to say that my car came back looking PERFECT! I am extremely happy with the honest and fair quote I was given and the quality of body work was exceptional! These guys do great work for a fair price, i certainly recommend giving them a call if you want to save money on collision repairs and get the same results as you would paying top dollar at a dealership or dealing with shops that try to rip you off.
