The owner Glen is a very respectable and hard working guy. Some days he is working by himself to get the job done for his customers. I would trust him with any car needs!

If I didn't live 8 hours away I would come here anytime I was having suspension, brake, wheel, really any issues non engine and that is not to say Glen doesn't know about em I just dont think he works on them. He did great work for the best price I've ever paid to have work done on one of my vehicles. Ive paid an arm and a leg in the past just to get shoddy work done and leaving me feel like I just got hustled which has driven me to do a lot of my own regular maintenance and routine work on my own cars. Ive messed with transmissions, engines, and suspension/ brake components on my cars. So before I leave on my vacation I change out the inner and outer tie rods because there was a lot of play in them and I felt like I was steering a cruise ship and thought that my eyeballed driveway al

Friday, 6/27/25…we had a big float trip day planned on the Caddo River. But, a warning light on my truck illuminates to indicate very low tire pressure on our way from Hot Springs…about 15 miles east of Glenwood. The first tire service center we noticed online was Prescision Alignment Tire & Service. So we called them to see if it would be possible to have them check the tire. Christie (co-owner with her husband Glenn) answered and said…absolutely, just come on by. Nicest, most courteous, service-oriented folks you could ever hope to meet. They got us (strangers) right in the shop and Glenn patched up the tire in no time and we were back on the road to our float trip.
