I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience absolutely deserved one. I had my BMW repaired here and the results are beyond impressive. The car looks like it has never been in an accident, the paint, body work, and finish were all done flawlessly. They even delivered the car before the estimated completion date, completely clean, detailed, and fresh inside and out. Special thanks to Ray, his communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were amazing. He kept me updated throughout the process and truly made the experience smooth and stress-free. I am delighted with my vehicle. It represents a significant investment, and I sought a service provider that would meet the high standards I have for its maintenance. The auto body shop went above and beyond!!!! Not only did they fix the damage to my car, but they also washed, polished my whole car as well as cleaned the interior of my car. Not only that, the staff was very friendly and gave great customer service. I dont live near the body shop, but it was highly recommended by the Mini/BMW dealership of calabasas so the 3 hour drive was worth it! The before and after speaks for itself!
