I dropped my car off to have some stuff done which was covered by insurance, they waited until my car was dropped off to order this equipment that was needed to fix my car. This didn't make sense to me because it was covered by insurance. So my car sat there for about 2 weeks before any repairs were done. Once they got the stuff to fix my car they realized there were other damages to my car that needed to be fixed. So then I had to wait another couple weeks for that equipment to come in. None of this made any sense to me they could have got in there to see what other supplies were needed to fix my entire car while they were waiting for the other supplies to arrive, it seems like that would have been a better way to get the car fixed faster. Obviously time management is not their strong sui

I had quite a bit of damage to the rear of my car & now it looks like new! They were professional, helpful & courteous. Arrangements were made for a rental car but there was never a demand to use any particular rental business. I was happy for them to schedule the rental. My car was ready when they said it would be & if necessary I was contacted about any potential changes. They worked with my insurance & kept me informed along the way. Would definitely recommend them.
