Precision Auto Body Repair

Precision Auto Body was recommended to me by a friend who had a great experience with them and who's car looked amazing after a recent accident. I contact them and was able to get an appointment the same week. My 2019 BMW had was backed into and had a small but noticeable dent and scratch in the bumper. The car had less than 1000miles on it so I wasn't about to let just anyone work on it. When I meet with Hector (the owner) he immediately noticed that I needed a whole new bumper cover and not just a simple repair. When my insurance attempted to make him only complete a repair and not replace the bumper he fought for me, denied their offer, demanded they replace it, and that the job be done correctly. After the repair was complete, I asked him where his help was - body guys, painter, etc..

Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I was referred to Hector and it’s been a nightmare from start to finish. After bringing my car in, he performed subpar work not once, but twice. Both times he told me the car was “done,” yet I showed up to find him with sandpaper in hand trying to correct his own mistakes. When I raised concerns, his response was that the lines on “Bentleys and high-profile cars never line up anyway” and that what he did was “the best I could get anywhere else.” He also admitted at one point that his dad had accidentally scratched a piece while “helping him,” and on another visit I found Lalo the window tinter from next door working on my car.
