Precision Auto Collision

Horrifying!! So I just bought a brand new Mercedes and someone hit me two week later. I took it to precision auto however the service I received was absolutely horrible! Safelite took a huge chunk out of my window tint then said they were not reliable bc it's considered cosmetic damages. My glass that was glued back in had trash around it all just glued inside with it. There was a hard epoxy dropped on top of the roof. I bought a seat cushion for my seat that was around $50 and there was some white stuff all over it.wheb I picked my vehicle up and drove off it was making a awful grinding noise and had to immediately take it back the technician said she didn't tighten something down I forget what it was called. Honestly this place was seriously horrifying. They are willing to fix my glass

Got my jeep worked on there a year ago and they got a 7 thousand dollar check to fill the dent with bondo that has rusted out and all the paint does not match and is cracked

My son's car was filthy when he got it back he got all new front and hood and they put the dirty grill back in. The inside door where someone kicked it open was dirty from the foot print. It's sad they don't care...

Love the people that work here. Always laughing and smiling every time I go there. When I leave I feel like part of the family.
