My initial visit was for my car inspection which was quick, smooth, efficient and completely hassle-free. The staff was friendly and professional, but also genuinely customer-focused which led to a level of trust. Soon after, I discovered my vehicle needed extensive repair with some time urgency. The owner went out of his way to accommodate me, offering to get the repairs done outside of the normal business hours for most mechanic shops . That level of flexibility and care is rare. The service was prompt, the communication was excellent, and I felt they genuinely cared about the reliability and integrity of the service also about my safety and peace of mind—not just the repair.
