ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! We were told to visit this auto shop (after over 5 in the area said they were too busy/couldn’t do what we needed) because the daughter was a “prodigy,” and they were absolutely correct!! They were able to rescue my gold ring from the seat belt retractor super quickly at a very fair price and with very nice customer service. We will definitely be back with any auto repair needs!! :)

Due to my own mistake, I mixed up the appointment date and arrived on the wrong day. Despite this inconvenience, everyone I met was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. What truly impressed me was that, even with no prior notice and in the middle of a heavy snowstorm, you went out of your way to make arrangements and completed the inspection for me the same day. Long overdue review from service rendered in the summer. I have an older BMW motorcycle and parts are difficult to find or come from Germany which can get expensive. When I encountered an electrical issue I googled for parts and a solution. Ultimately I was led to Precision Auto after I hit a wall and needed some help. When I walked in, it was a Saturday and other businesses were closed but after the service I received I’m happy the other businesses were closed. I didn’t know if they were able to help, I figured at most they would point me in the right direction. After I explained my issue, I showed them the part I brought with me. The old lady at register has a really bad attitude. I got my radio installed last year they did an amazing job. Came back in because my rear camera has no signal. I asked for a quote and an estimate of time. She replied that I was late when I truly believed that my appointment was at 11 and not 10 which I apologize because I don’t like waiting anyone’s time. And because I was late she still couldn’t give me an estimate on anything any questions I would ask seemed to bother her. Remember the people who work for your business at the front are the ones who represents the whole business. And she sucked the life out of the shop.

Alot of auto shops like to put word Precision in their name but this particular shop actually practices Precision and everything they do. The operators of this establishment are actual Machinist and CNC programmers as well as Mechanics and Electrical Gurus. They're an impressive combination of skilled Men and Women that can tackle whatever challenge that comes their way. They know exactly what precision is. No matter what the job you need done,simple maintenance like tire changes, performance mods ,to horrific near impossible to solve electrical nightmares you'll get with certain European cars,.This crew will get it done right the first time and do it at a fair and reasonable cost.
