Hit a deer 12/2/24 they couldn't get my truck in the shop until 1/27/25 and here at a month later they final call and say my truck ready. This was the preferred shop for State Farm but I will NEVER use them again. THEY NEVER COMMUNICATED WITH ME ABOUT MY TRUCK AND THEN ACT LIKE SHE CAN CARE LESS WHEN YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 1st 3 pics is the damage the deer didn't last one is how it looked Wednesday Feb 26 2025

I’m not sure if it’s a personal issue or simply a lack of organization, but my experience here has been extremely disappointing. My original repair appointment was canceled back in early December due to staffing issues—which I completely understood. I was told they’d follow up in about a month to reschedule, but I never heard back. By March or April, I reached out myself and was finally scheduled for late June. I didn’t mind the wait too much, but when I called recently to confirm my appointment, I was told they wouldn’t be able to complete all the repairs originally discussed. No one contacted me to let me know about this change—I only found out because I called. Had I dropped off my vehicle as planned, I might’ve waited another two weeks just to find out the work wasn’t done. After wai

They kept my vehicle until I could pay the deductible. Minor work to properly align hood was needed. They did it while I waited. Very courteous staff.

They are very slow , my car went to the shop for overheating on June 12th 2023 and now it’s July 29th 2023 , every time me or my husband call , they say it’s go be another week or 2 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️
