Precision Auto Works is the kind of shop you hope to find and then never let go of. From the first visit, it genuinely feels like family. Elvis, Sam, and Michael are all incredible to work with. They’re honest, straightforward, and actually take the time to explain what’s going on without any pressure or upselling. I trust them completely and wouldn’t hesitate to bring any of my cars here. Whether it’s something quick or more involved, the service is fast, the pricing is sensible, and the work is solid. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this reliable and this fair. If you’re looking for a place that treats you with respect and takes real pride in their work, this is it. I can’t recommend Precision Auto Works enough.

I had an unexpected issue with rodent damage—rats chewed through some wiring in my Toyota (see photos!). Elvis, the head manager, was incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring from the moment I walked in. Michael, the owner, was also hands-on and made sure everything was handled thoroughly and professionally. They diagnosed the problem quickly, showed me the damage, and walked me through the repair options without pressure. The team was transparent with pricing and timelines, and they even gave me some solid tips on preventing rodent issues in the future. Amazing service from the team at Precision! My rear door wasn’t closing properly and didn’t know if this was a body shop issue or a mechanic issue so since the garage is around the corner from us and had good reviews,I decided to give them a try- and I’m so glad I did! Elvis and Herbert took care of my car, giving me a clear idea of timeline and price- both better than expected! I absolutely recommend them!

A+! As a picky car owner who is comfortable doing my own basic maintenance work, Precision Auto Works is one of the very few shops around the country I'd trust my car with. They know enough about cars and suspension to be able to do a custom alignment (which 95% of shops don't know how to do), they have incredible customer service with good communication, and they have good prices for the quality work they do. What more could you ask for??

Disappointed with Precision Auto. Took my car in for an oil change last month after taking a previous car in for service months ago and having a good experience. I expected to be sold on additional services because that’s what garages do and how they make their money, but I was disappointed with how predatory they were being with some of the services. For example, they recommended that I change the cabin air filter in my car (fair suggestion). However, to do so they were going to charge me over $200 (!) for the service; $100 for the air filter and 30 min or ~$100 in labor. For those that don’t know, you can get an air filter for your car for less than $50 on Amazon and replace it yourself in less than 15 minutes. Maybe if they were going to charge a reasonable fair price I would have gone
