Had an amazing experience at Precision Auto Works LIC. From the minute I walked in, Alex was incredibly helpful and straightforward. He took the time to go over the issues with my car and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The work was done quickly, the price was reasonable, and the quality was excellent. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this reliable and transparent. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know.

Precision Auto Works LIC is hands-down the best shop I’ve used in NYC. The team is honest, quick, and super professional. I took my 2020 Nissan Pathfindee here through GEICO insurance for a collision. I was initially checked in by Eric who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was very clear on the procedure, what to expect and helped me with both a full understanding of the process as well as helping me interface with my insurance company. At that point, another associate Freddy took over and gave me a number to text and communicated with me with clear timelines and progress throughout my whole experience. The team finished earlier than expected and not only did a spectacular job, but cleaned and shined the car as well. I don’t think the car looked this good when I bought it from the dealer. World class service and a stellar team. 11/10, would come here for service again.
