Great experience with Precision Automotive. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was able to stop by for them to check out my vehicle. They looked at the issue I was having, and then worked up a quote for me. Way less than what the dealer would have charged. Quick to schedule and the work was completed in the timeframe they gave me. I will definitely be bringing my car here for any future issues. Highly recommend.

Came in for a discounted oil change and had an incredible experience. The service was fast, friendly, and professional, but what really stood out were the little touches. They left a snack and a duck in my jeep after the oil change, which honestly made my day. It may seem small, but it made me feel truly valued as a customer. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending this place to others!

I arrived a bit nervous as a younger woman with minimal experience with doing these things by myself. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Matt and comfortable explaining what I had going on with my Mercedes. Matt told me that they have a European specialist and throughly reviewed everything that would be done to my car in a clear consise way. They got my car done quicker than I thought and were willing to working with my budget. Definitely recommend!

Was recommended these guys from a smaller shop (was more than they were comfortable with). And they were great. Super professional, very responsive from the receptionist to the mechanic doing the work. AND - they fixed my problem same day at a fair price… can’t ask for much more than that. First rate!
