I thought I had found a good and honest mechanic!!!! I had some wheel issues so I brought it in. I came back a few hours later after they had stated: “there is absolutely nothing wrong with your car” WRONG!! Took it to my new mobile mechanic, he found so many issues and gave all the proof with videos and showing me as he worked on it. How did you guys NOT know I had a bent shock!?! Mind you, the folks in front are great, but you guys need to look into your mechanics and your practices!! Reading other reviews I see that this is much more than a me issue!

Update 11/13/25: Another successful visit. Being disabled it's hard to do relatively easy things like replacing headlights & batteries. Precision was there for me once again. They're awesome! I've used Precision twice now for my 20 year old Honda; once to repair my malfunctioning power window, and once for a routine oil change. I couldn't be happier with the service, and the pricing was very reasonable. Plus, everyone working there is just genuinely nice.

Ted Atkins is by far the most kind, caring, loving, great customer service Christian Man of God I have ever had the honor and privilege to talk with and be prayed for and God hears our prayers and answers them. Not only do they have superior customer service skills with fixing your vehicle timely and accurately, but also expect to have your prayers answered no matter what your situation. They did a wonderful job diagnosing what I needed to fix my brakes and then fixed them that day. Very fast, efficient, and friendly people. And they did a wonderful job on my car for what was within the price range of what I had expected from looking out up on the internet. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs brakes fixed.
