I had an excellent experience at Precision Automotive and Transmission. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, genuinely kind, and clearly focused on taking care of their customers. It’s obvious this shop is run efficiently and with a high level of professionalism. I had a challenging situation with my vehicle and some tight timing around getting it fixed, and the team truly went above and beyond to accommodate me. They were flexible, communicative, and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend Precision Automotive and Transmission, and this will absolutely be my go-to place for service moving forward.
I had a good experience here. They are friendly, honest and straightforward. It was easy to book an appointment. I got a head gasket repair (and more) on my 2005 Honda Civic. The estimate was exactly what I ended up paying.
The owner and the technicians are awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve had to bring my car in twice in the last three months and I had great service both times.
Paid $444 to have my headlights switched out from factory. I brought in the headlights. When I took it in, they said they fit & looked even better than the originals. However, lamp on the driver's side is just a rainbow. I asked if they could look at it & before I could even get out of the car, Joshua stated they were cheap Amazon parts & they couldn't help me. This is not the typical service I get here. **The owner took responsibility and fixed the alignment of the headlights, which were not included in the initial estimate. I said I would pay, but he wouldn't hear of it. Like I said, the dismissal wasn't the typical service I have experienced there. Headlights are now fixed. Thank you for taking a second look.
Josh at the front counter helped my wife and I out with our car. He was very kind and professional. They did a wonderful job! We were in and out of there in no time. I highly recommend them for any automotive needs
