I recently bought a BMW and knew that it is a real commitment to own/service one. They took it in and did a complete diagnostic review of the entire vehicle. Then we had a discussion about what should be a priority versus waiting. It was great to have a knowledgeable staff go over this with me. I then was able to price out what needed to be done. Cody is amazing, and went above and beyond to help me diagnose an issue with my car while my family was in the middle of a road trip. You can tell a lot about a person by how they treat someone they may never see again, and Cody treated me like I was family.
