Brought my vehicle in for an unknown cooling issue. The owner, Brian, was extremely helpful and informative in explaining the possible issues involved. The issue was diagnosed quickly and parts ordered expediently. Repairs were completed and his pricing very fair.

We had an issue with our Audi A3 and Brian was very helpful. Not only did he take the time to assess the issue and diagnose, but he was honest enough to let us know It was a recall, and he did not want us to spend money we did not need to spend. I will definitely be bringing my Audi back here again!

Looked for a shop to replace rear brakes while unexpectedly in this town a few days. The first shop I called with great reviews referred me to Precision because I have a German car. Brian was great from start to end, kind & easy on the eyes :). Fairer price compared to another shop that informed me about my brakes. He offered a next day appointment. He completed the work in a few hours even though he estimated a whole day drop off in case of parts delivery time. Also, he kindly informed me about my tires desperately needing to be replaced & oil change by the stickers say. Luckily, oil change is up to date and tires are ordered. Still grateful he let me know. He is top notch. I will drive the distance to have him work on my car when needed. Thanks Brian.

So glad I found this place, knows our cars, does what you need done and does it right. You get his sincerely honest vibe right away and how deeply committed to integrity he is and he explains everything thoroughly because of it.. The owner is also the head wrench so you get quality insights in the estimate, so before the work even starts you’re on the right path. He provided guidance on what else he found along the way, no hard selling, wants to save you money (how rare is that!) and when you go to pay, the price is exactly what he quoted. No joke this place is a rare gem, lucky to have him locally, and is my go to for my Audi and my son’s Vw.
