I’ve had consistently great experiences with this repair shop. Everyone there is always attentive, friendly and pleasant to work with. They’re usually able to get repairs done within the same day, which is incredibly convenient. Whether it’s been repairs, oil changes, or tire rotations and replacements, the quality of work has always been excellent. I really appreciate their reliability and the great customer service every time I visit.

My car started to make weird noises and I took it here one morning to get a free diagnostic test. They got to my car very quickly and also fixed my starter & battery that same day. Everyone is so pleasant and professional. I love this place and trust them whole heartedly.

As usual the team at Precision was extremely helpful, friendly, informative, quick and thorough. Not only was the price at Precision cheaper than I have become used to, but also the helpful lady at the front desk gave me a discount by applying a coupon that’s available online because I had left mine at home. I had been going to a competitor for a while that was closer to where I l live and after my last visit I’d had enough. Unlike Precision it was not a pleasant experience and felt like a hassle, and the staff always had bad attitudes and didn’t seem to know what they were talking about. Now that I’ve been back and remembered how good of an experience it is at Precision, I’m back to stay.
