I started going to this franchise after another location was overcharging me and the repairs did not last long before the issue reoccurred. CJ is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the repairs in detail, with fair and transparent pricing. I usually take my car in to be serviced but thought this time I could bypass since I was so busy before the holidays-not wise. Recently, while I was out of state, I ran into an issue with my car and called Precision Tune. Based on what I described, CJ correctly identified the likely problem and even told me what a mechanic in that state should reasonably charge. It turns out, he was exactly right. It’s rare to find businesses that truly look out for their customers. Much appreciated.
