Had to get my censor for my temperature gage replaced. It kept turning on the radiator fan like the car was running hot when it wasn't. Carl was great when I called this morning for a diagnosis. Even more cool & professional when I came in. He took care of us and made sure we knew what was going on. Thx Carl. Definitely coming back!

I brought my car in for an oil change and a couple other fixes. The guys there, especially the manager are very respectful /professional and Go above and beyond to help you out. They also get you in and out of there in no time. They also charge a very fair price. Definitely going back.

Carl was amazing. He got my car in on Friday at 3. He called the warranty company (I have MaxCare) to do the claims process and found the problem, explained it to me and got the process started. My car was fixed Saturday before 10AM. He also found another problem and got the claim for that processed and approved and fixed. I’ll definitely be coming back! :)

I used to use this shop for oil changes when I lived in the area years ago. I was in a hit and run accident in front of their shop one day and asked them for their address as the police needed a location to come to. They told me to leave and not have the police involved on their property. Explained how I was actually a customer of theirs but they didn't care and shooed me off their property with attitude. Bad memories don't go away.

This review serves as a serious warning to anyone considering this mechanic shop. Save Yourself the Trouble: This shop is a disaster. Unprofessional and deceptive, they prioritize unnecessary charges over basic customer service and fail miserably to deliver on promises. They even damaged my car! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Take your car somewhere that respects your time, money, and vehicle. Unnecessary Charges and Delays: Despite knowing what part needed replacement (I fix my own car sometimes!), they insisted on a full checkup ($95) before confirming the issue. Even worse, after finally diagnosing the problem, they promised a quick turnaround with a part order through them ($356 deposit). They messed up the order, adding a whopping $400 and further delays.
