Precision Tune Auto Care

Carmax sent me here to get my motor replaced, which hasn't been done yet, due to difficulty with the warranty company, but what I can say is Ashley and the owner or boss of this store, sat on the phone and waited with me, to help get this resolved as they were trying to charge an additional $800 for a confirmation of a motor not working when other factors clarified the motor was done. Neither of them had to do that. Customer service is beyond great and I will never forget that these two people cared enough that I wouldn't get screwed, took time out of their day and stood up for me as if I was in their family. THIS is different, this should be a 10 star review and I haven't even had motor fixed yet.

Mr. Darryl and his Team are amazing! They were able to get me in quickly right before the holiday and got my vehicle ready for the Winter - best place to have your car serviced - no matter what type of car you have!!! Fantastic service!

Darrell was amazing to work with. He was so kind and helpful in a stressful situation and got my car fixed very quickly

Had my check engine light come on and vehicle barely running. They diagnosed that the engine was bad. They contacted my warranty company and handled the claim to replace my engine. So far its running better than when I first bought it.
