I’m very grateful for the service that was provided. They’ve helped me in the past with my Subaru Impreza(the only place in Decatur that wants to touch Subaru), and helped me out diagnosing my broken down Dodge Ram. When you see that bill, just remember, you’re paying for the best care. They try to save you money to get you back on the road where they can. They’ve been super accommodating. They put up with me when I was a tough customer, and for that, I’m super appreciative. The only place I ever bring my cars. Worth paying for the tow to get it there specifically.

Wouldn’t recommend took my truck in for a misfire they charged me 170 to diagnose and said my lifters where stuck on a 2004 v8 Silverado with 180k miles. Was recommended to them by a repeat customer but I would never recommend anyone to go there they will scam you out your money

Recently bought my first car, a 2008 dodge avenger with nearly 200k miles, and it has its quirks. I brought it to Precision after some belt issues, and they diagnosed the issue quickly. They notified me of an oil leak and even recommended a much-needed brake inspection that saved me a lot of trouble in long run. Got it all fixed and my car is driving far better! No more creaky brakes, belt slipping, or oil leak. Not only was my vehicle serviced quickly, but the staff is very friendly and transparent with their communication. You usually hear stories about mechanics trying to upsell you or rip you off, but this team completely changes my mind. I definitely recommend them!

As a Son, I’m angry that my mother trusted PTAC with her vehicle and was put through months of stress because of careless workmanship and a complete lack of accountability. Her Jeep was returned multiple times in unsafe condition, critical hardware was missing or incorrect, and instead of owning their mistakes, PTAC deflected blame, changed stories, and tried to control the narrative rather than fix the problem. A certified Jeep dealership ultimately had to correct PTAC’s work to make the vehicle safe and drivable. Mistakes happen. Integrity is how you respond to them. PTAC showed none. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who values safety or honesty.
