Precision Tune Auto Care

The folks at Precision Tune Auto Care diagnosed my check engine light error codes on my Kia Soul yesterday morning and able to fix the issues in less than 90 mins without an appt! I was given a $70 discount from an online coupon. My car drives like new again! I am 100% satisfied with my experience from check in to check out. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I couldnt leave no stars they work with drivetime / silver rock so I dont trust them anymore. I told them what happened too my car that I hit a puddle and my power steering went out and abs traction light came on, I had to drive from Linden to coats scared as heck. Finally 45 to 1 hour some how it reset itself. I explained everything i did and od testing or whatever and got 2 codes first time they talked too me and I told them I dont have the money to fix it. They told me whatever silver rock dorsnt fix drivetime would. They said they took it on a test drive and it was fine. Obviously they didnt do there homework at all cause the codes that popped up are recalls on the kia and if they actually took the time too actually look into them they would've known instead of telling me the car was

When I walked through the doors of Precision Tune I received the friendliest and warmest greeting from JW Ward at the front desk. My husband’s truck needed an inspection and it didn’t pass the inspection. JW Ward was very professional explaining why!!! I returned to Precision the next day after the issue was fixed. I walked through the doors and again received the same friendly and warm greeting by JW Ward. He made sure that I was in and out. Wait time was very short. Thank you, JW Ward!!!!

We can’t say enough great things about Precision Tune Auto Care—especially Rodney! He went above and beyond for us during a tight pre-vacation timeline. Even though the repair took a little longer than we initially hoped, we are so incredibly grateful that they made our vehicle a priority and took the time to properly diagnose and fix the HVAC control panel and electrical issue before our trip. If I could leave any less stars on this rating i absolutely would. They scammed my wife on a radiator hose while I was overseas. A hose that I have done the research and found the same part on the oem website for less than $20. They charged her over $200 just for the part, over $100 for coolant, and over $200 for labor. That is ridiculous. I will be contacting my lawyer and we will be taking legal action unless a refund is issued. This place is a joke.
