I had my wife bring them our lexus es300h into shop to look at clicking noise in steering column and check light code 0456 (small leak in evap system). The steering wheel turned fine but just was chattering sometimes when driving. I was pretty sure it was the steering dampner but wasn't sure. I assumed the light code was going to be gas cap, purge valve or break in evap hose somewhere. We got the car later and they had done a full inspection and had put together a large list of things they felt needed to be addressed. It must have taken them an hour just to produce the list with labor and parts (but not focusing their energies on what I asked for them to do). I don’t want to make this review too long. Dropped off brand new wheels and tires to mount and balance on Friday at 0800. First off, 140 for mounting tires is crazy, but I guess you pay for convenience. I asked if they would be done the same day, and I was assured it wouldn’t be a problem. I had to call them, they didn’t call me, at 5:30PM to tell me it’ll be done first thing on Saturday. I have to work Saturday but I said I’ll pick them up before they close. When I return to pick up the wheels they had put clip on weights, which are standard for steel wheels but when a customer brings you brand new wheels and tires with matched black metal stems you would think they would try the stick on first. “Why did they need such big weights?” I’m glad you asked. Yes, I had a excellent experience at Precision Tune Auto Care. They provided time to repair my van as a walk in. They gave me a complete run down of issues that needed my attention. I was please their kindness and attention to details to my van. Very comfortable waiting room and clean restrooms. I will definitely return for most needed repairs. I have already recommended this location to family.

I made an appointment online for 14 February at 8AM at Fort Belvoir to get an oil change. The appointment was easy to make. Precision Tune confirmed the appointment and sent me reminders. I arrived at 7:45 for my appointment. The staff was pleasant and customer friendly. I only waited a short before my car was taken into the shop and my oil was changed. The service was excellent and I was on my way in a short time. Great Staff, Great Service. Great employees.

This business is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced in my lifetime. I took my truck there for a simple tire repair. Upon completion of repairing and reinstalling the tire, the technician forgot that the garage door was not fully raised, and backed my truck into the door. I’m not so sure how this even happens, understanding that the truck is loaded with park assist devices and cameras. Now they are ignoring my calls of temporary transportation support. These guys clearly should invest in illegal substance testing. The survey will not post without selecting a star, but they deserve demerits.
