Precision Tune Auto Care

I went to the precision Tune Auto Care at 124 Greenville Blvd SE, Greenville NC 27858 on Saturday 1-3-2026 at 11:03 to drop my car off for an oil change and safety inspection. I got a call around 12:10PM from Skyler that it failed the safety inspection and that I needed new tires. I picked up the car around 12:33pm so I can go get new tires put on at the Sam's club at 5pm. I went home first and I noticed that my hood wasn't closed all the way to my car. So I open the hood and see that it looks like oil was spilled during the oil change and there is a hose that is disconnected from my air filter compartment. Took my car up there for a check engine light and an oil leak. They were able to diagnose that I have an Evap leak and found the oil leak quickly! Matt and Skylar at the counter are awesome!! They didn’t beat around the bush, they were straightforward and to the point with pricing and what needed to be done!! I will be taking my car there from now on!

I had my oil changed, replaced air and cabin filters, brake line flush and power steering flush. I am adamant about preventative maintenance. My experience at precision tune has been amazing. They do great work, it’s all guaranteed and the staff is welcoming and friendly. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and wouldn’t change it. My 20 year old Honda is going and hope it will for another 10 years!

My first visit and I got an inspection during a small window I had available. The man at the front desk who appeared to be the manager - was accommodating to my window of time, and thorough while sharing info with me. I would return!

I had my car towed to them, to look at and find the issue and through the whole process Skylur was amazing even with me calling her 20 million times. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help me through this process. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone with car issue
