When I walked in I was greeted with a smile. That's different. The woman who entered my information was swift and upfront on the price of the oil change. Took maybe 30 minutes to get it done. I've never had that happen anywhere. No upselling etc. I'll be back

These guys have been great. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Clayton and his team went above and beyond to make sure my Vehicle was done right before they let it leave the shop. They stayed past closing to get it done.

This was my second oil change at this location that was done incorrectly. The mistake nearly caused serious damage to my vehicle and resulted in additional costs. I do not recommend this location due to lack of thoroughness and quality control.

On August 25th 2025 I took my cherokee jeep for diagnostic test. It took over 4 hours for test to be performed. When the codes came up on my Jeep, the manager at that time said that they would be able to fix my car and my check engine light would go off in my Jeep. My jeep would pass emission? They kept my car about 4 days. I had to rent cars to go back & forth to work. When I went to pick up my car before I got out the parking lot, My check engine light came back on. I informed the technician and the manager and they kept my car to check out. I went to pick up my car that evening by the time I drove up the street My check engine light came back on and I returned to precision tune the next morning. The customer service was awful. Took my 2017 Nissan Sentra sv here because I had my engine check light on.. it was a small evap leak or something like that code p0456 I think.. they diagnosed my car and fixed it.. it took about a week but man i had doubts because of the one star reviews.. but these guys went above and beyond no doubt.. I had a faulty shift solenoid that somehow fixed itself when I got the car back..they put on a new battery terminal for free..I brung the part. they pumped my tires and I forgot to ask.. little things like this let me know how professional this shop really was.. I only spent like 370 or less for this.. at the Nissan dealership I would have paid probably a stack or more.. thanks guys...very professional work!
