Precision Tune Auto Care

I took my car to Precision Tune for an oil change and tire rotation, and as always they did a great job. The staff was friendly and professional, and the service was quick and efficient. They even let me go home and wait while they worked on my car, which made the whole experience really convenient. I’ve been very happy with the service here and appreciate how reliable and helpful they always are. Highly recommend!

As usual the service at this establishment is always excellent. Customer service is great, the Mechanics are very well trained and knowledgeable in their respective fields. My vehicle was serviced yesterday and it feels like new again. Thanks to super Mechanic Jonathan. He not only fixed my original problem but he also inspected the vehicle and found other issues that was causing lack of power and oil leaks. The price I paid for all repairs was very reasonable and Matthew even gave me warranty on the repairs. I would definitely recommend this Auto Shop to anyone.

The mechanics were on-task & efficient. It’s a great service experience for the mechanic to bring the customer to their vehicle & show what they see & point out what parts need repair. I hope all PTAC stores continue to do this task, for it gives the non-mechanical customer a better basic understanding of their vehicle. Also, I appreciate their partnership with Lyft to bring me back and forth to the store while they service other vehicles and replace my car’s rotors. Overall, great experience.

My alternator went out this morning, brought her in around 11/12 & picked it up 4:30 same day. Great work & service from these guys. Definitely will be back if I need to ( knock on wood)
