Precision Tune Auto Care

Absolutely fantastic experience. My truck was having electrical issues, and I wasn’t sure whether the alternator was failing or if an aging battery was the real problem. Precision Tune Auto Care diagnosed the issue quickly and completed the repair flawlessly, with absolutely no upselling—just honest service. They told me when I called that they could handle it the same day, and they delivered exactly as promised. Everyone was professional and courteous both on the phone and in person, and my truck was returned clean, which really stood out. If you’re looking for an honest, reliable mechanic—which is getting harder to find these days—I highly recommend giving this shop a try.

I think I found my new local go-to shop! Had a persistent oil leak I couldn't quite pinpoint, and they got me in the next day, diagnosed and repaired within 2.5 hours at a reasonable cost. Also thoroughly cleaned significant oil residue off the engine and surrounding areas. Super friendly, receptive, and communicative staff as well. Will definitely be returning regularly.

Service was phenomenal! They were quick, super professional and extremely reasonably priced! Fully intend on making this my go to spot for my truck

I have been getting my vehicle oil change here since moving to Maryland, and I can't say enough about the outstanding customer service I consistently receive! From the moment I walk in, the staff greets me with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to help. The technicians are not only knowledgeable and skilled, but they also take the time to explain the process and answer any questions I may have, ensuring I feel confident in the care my vehicle is receiving. I appreciate their honesty and transparency—there's never any pressure to upsell unnecessary services.

I needed some work done on my vehicle. My drive belt was cracked and l was afraid to drive it, so l called Precision Tune, and they scheduled me for the next day. I dropped my car off expecting it to be there for a while and it was finished shorter than l expected it. The price was reasonable compared to the dealer shop. I'm really impressed and grateful.
