I took my Lexus ES350 to this location to get an oil change, a tire rotation, and my brake pads replaced. When I received my car back, I noticed my dashboard was suddenly displaying that the Parking Assist was unavailable, which was not an issue when I brought the car in. I went back inside to ask what happened, and the gentleman who helped me insisted that the warning lights were already on when I arrived, pointing to a “PTS” (prior to service) note. He then told me the only way to determine the problem was to run a $120 diagnostic. However, after reviewing the video and audio from my dash cam, you can clearly hear the beeping from the front sensors as my car got close the garage. Quick and great customer service. We had an immediate need to a repair and they had weekend availability. They promptly diagnosed the problem and quickly repair our 2001 Toyota Sequoia. The cost was reasonable as well.
