Mr. Tretola, the Service Advisor, and J. Young, the Service Technician, provided outstanding service on my SUV. I brought my Venza in for a wheel alignment, and they truly went above and beyond in taking care of my vehicle. The improvement is immediately noticeable, and I can clearly feel the difference from the excellent alignment work that was performed. I highly recommend their services to anyone and confidently stand behind their commitment to quality care, professionalism, and exceptional service.

I've been coming here for four years now & I don't trust my car anywhere else. The Hyundai dealership overcharge me, broke my key fab & didn't even fix what they over charged for but they got me right 💯@ precision. Not only that someone broke into my car & the guys at precision took care of me going above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Lol, I live in NC & will literally drive to VA just to get work done on my car. Only way I'll go anywhere else I if my car won't make it to them🥰. I LOVE THEM GUYS THERE. As a female they definitely treat me well. Most places try to get over but not at precision, THANK U GUYS

Called around 9 am to see if they could get my wife’s car in for a fuel pump and AJ took care of us. He promised to have it done by the end of the day and he kept that promise, despite having a lot full of vehicles. AJ and his team are knowledgeable, professional and do their best to ensure you have a pleasant experience.

I love how management kept me informed of the on-going process of the repairs. Outstanding on the digitally sent message and images of my vehicle. I was given a completion date and the team delivered.

Came in for an oil change and also had a headlight replaced. The wait was a bit longer than expected, but AJ was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the process. I’d recommend dropping your vehicle off or visiting later in the afternoon, as mornings appear to be busier.
