Precision Tune Auto Care

If I could leave zero stars I would. I would not recommend Precision Auto Care based on my experience. After hitting something in the road at night, I brought my vehicle in because I needed it repaired quickly so I could get back home to Texas safely with my two girls. I explained that the EVAP canister was broken, but they insisted the canister was fine and that only the vent hose needed replacing. They tried to charge me $360 in labor just for the hose, and quoted over $1,200 to replace both the hose and canister. I got a second opinion and another shop replaced the EVAP canister for only $100 in labor — which actually fixed the issue. It felt like they were more focused on overcharging than solving the real problem. Being quoted $600+ just to change a hose is unreasonable. I left feel

Untrustworthy scam artist. Scheduled an appointment online to get an alignment. They apparently dont even do alignments, but they'll sure charge you for it. They charged me to drive my car to another shop to have them do the alignment. Used another customer's car to drive back there and pick it up. Also, the work done was dangerously subpar. Both of my front tires had loose locking nuts, one of them was missing, and the locking nut for my driver side outer tie rod was free spinning. The tie rod on my passenger side was damaged. This place is why nobody trust mechanic shops anymore. Also, they repeatedly text me asking to leave a review. When I responded through text of what I explained here, no response and no more requests for a review.

I had an excellent experience with Precision Tune Auto Care. As a woman, it can sometimes be intimidating walking into an auto shop, but the team here was genuinely respectful and professional. No pressure, no talking down—just honest, clear communication. They were upfront about what I actually needed and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services, which I truly appreciated. The work was done quickly and the quality was outstanding. I left feeling confident in the service I received. Highly recommend Precision Tune Auto Care for fast, trustworthy, and respectful service.

I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to have had precision tune auto car to service two of my vehicles. I assure you as long as, I reside on thegulf coast. The technicians here are seriously incredible. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have very fair prices and they finish the job quick. I just had all rotors and brakes replaced and recently had an axle replaced. I am so relieved knowing that my stubborn car was in good hands. Support local shops!
