Precision Tune Auto Care

Had to come here because the warranty company required it. The car stayed there for almost three weeks for diagnostics, warranty approval, and repair. When I got the car back, it was still making a scrubbing noise and they said to bring it back in and they would repair it. The car starting having an unrelated issue in the meantime(water pump and idler pulley), so we brought it back to have that repaired, as well as the initial scrubbing problem. This time, they diagnosed the problem, then asked if I wanted to pay out of pocket or use the warranty company. Told me it would be around 2k out of pocket and might not be covered under warranty because it was considered maintenance. Naturally I said to check with warranty company first. The warranty company approved it and the total cost was only

Update... I came in today and met the owner of this business. I was having the worst day that I probably had in the last five years. He was the sweetest man and everything he possibly could to help. I cannot stress how pleased I am with this business. He is amazing his employees are amazing I love them Update: This is my second visit with a with an unrelated problem. When I walk in the guys treat me like I am an old friend!!! Great staff!!!! The guys were really nice, knowledgeable and funny!!!

Jr; Cliff, and Cam are awesome mechanics. They explained everything and taught me so many things about my car. They fixed my issue (fuel pump) way faster than expected as well. Very friendly and educated people! It was a little pricier than I expected, but I didn’t have a choice and that’s not their fault - it must be a corporate thing. I plan on going back because I have a few more things I need serviced on my car. Overall, I’d recommend them!

Went in for 2nd opinion and glad I did. JR and his team saved me $1000 and some heart ache. They were great in explaining the repair in layman's terms and let me see the issues. Highly recommend this team.

Generally the team is knowledgeable and courteous.I wanted transmission oil replacement, washer pump replacement and CV replacement on my Mercedes .The job was done well however as soon as I picked up my car I noticed that the washer fluid tank was empty, the front tire which was removed during CV replacement had a nail in it and leaking air and also wheel nut key was missing.I informed Jr on phone about the issues and brought in my car 4 days later, washer fluid was topped up, key was not found so had to drive 110 miles to and from Mobile Mercedes to get new key and wasted 2.5 hours driving and they refused to accept that the tire was punctured at their shop. In short my impression is, though they did a good job they are very unorganized and caused waste of time, energy and money for me .
