Precision Tune Auto Care

My opinion, all those reviews are bought…Scheduled an appointment for a diagnosis and alignment for a Mercedes( I might need new shocks), Shane says they have alignment in house. A week later arriving at the shop, looks like they don’t have the appointment registered and all the notes I provided through the phone and now I have to share the whole story again… and hey business owner, why do you need my address to create that appointment? But then after explaining everything, apparently you guys don’t do alignment here…. There’s no way this business has 4.4 stars.

I've come in multiple times now with my 95 Chevy Silverado 3/4 ton 4x4. Up front they're always on point. Marley made me feel at ease and truly listened to. My most recent experience there involved electrical problems draining my battery. A 30 year old truck with a mystery problem like that isn't easy to pinpoint. After finding one of the culprits and me paying a great price, I ended up bringing it back due to multiple issues. 2 times with," No other additional charges". Amazing! My beloved Red Rocket is now running like a top! Listen, It really feels good to know there ARE garages that are not just there to take your money. Both times I have gotten my car serviced, I have experienced nothing but fair pricing, professionalism, and excellent care. I was able to book these appointments immediately, and from an AWD alignment, to an oil change and tire rotation, they worked very fast, and have gotten my car back to me within hours. Wrecked my car and lied! I took my car to this shop. I have an Audi that sits VERY low. I pulled into a spot with a curb stop at the end. My bumper went over the curb. I know if i back out my bumper grabs the curb. I have had the car for several years. I asked for an AC charge and asked the manager to come and get me before backing the car out. I told him the situation. They never came and got me. They had my car in the back for several hours. They finally told me my car was done and told me I damaged my car badly when I pulled in, but they tried to fix it. The manager told me I had never said anything to him about not moving the car. They refuse to provide insurance information. The manager lies and puts in the computer I damaged my car. I asked for camera footage, and they agreed to get

Yeah, Shane, the manager for the southl Salt Lake branch I’ll tell you what that man went above and beyond what he had to do for me and so did all the mechanics and the girl that was there that day I can’t remember her name. I apologize for that but the whole team at this place is unbelievable. I will never go anywhere else I will always come here. I will be loyal just like they were with me. I appreciate everything that they did. I think Shane honestly should get a raise and I’m not just saying that this man is a good man and he treated me fair.
